Jiannan Dong

Jiannan Dong Ph.D. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in process technology and engineering, currently serving as Principal Process Technologist in R&D at Rogers Corporation since April 2022, focusing on advancing silicone foams manufacturing. Previous roles include Senior Process Technology Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co., where management of complex catalyst production processes was paramount, and Lead Engineer at Nalco Water, where process design for specialty polymers was developed.
