Larry Schmid

Larry Schmid currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain at Rogers Corporation, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Larry was President at Pilko & Associates from January 2020 to January 2023, providing trusted advisory services in operational safety and sustainability within energy and chemical sectors. Larry's expertise includes serving as a CEO Advisor, Board Member Advisor at Clean As New, and holding several key positions at Dow from 2009 to 2019, including Global Operations Director for multiple business units. Larry began the career at Rohm and Haas from 1985 to 2009, ultimately becoming President & Plant Manager of the Texas facility. Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
