Stephanie Fournier, MBA, PHR, CPP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR shared services, payroll management, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at Rogers Corporation since March 2016, Stephanie oversaw the successful transition of over 600 employees to ADP following corporate acquisitions and has held multiple senior roles within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources/Corporate Recruiter at Precision Design Studios, Human Resources Manager at Varner Resources, and Human Resources Payroll Administrator at Lake Las Vegas Resort, where key achievements included implementing payroll systems and enhancing employee benefits participation.
