Troy Curtis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Troy has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Rogers Corporation, SIM Arizona, Kubota Corporation, AgJunction, Henkel, and GE.

At Rogers Corporation, Troy is currently serving as the Director of Global Infrastructure and IT Operations. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at SIM Arizona.

Before joining Rogers Corporation and SIM Arizona, Troy worked at Kubota Corporation as the Principal IT Engineer. Troy led functional teams responsible for the rapidly growing North America telematics cloud infrastructure and provided global auto-steering customer care. Troy was also responsible for AgJunction's Business and Information Technology needs during the post-acquisition integration of company operations.

Prior to Kubota Corporation, Troy held the position of Senior Director of Information and Business Systems at AgJunction.

Troy also has experience working at Henkel, where they served as the Director of Americas IT Service Delivery.

At GE, Troy held two roles. Troy was the Director of Regional Field Services for GE Healthcare Imaging Technologies division, where they led a team of field engineers. Troy also served as Vice President and Site Leader at GE. During their time at GE, they achieved significant accomplishments such as improving remote technical resolution effectiveness by over 700% and increasing year-over-year non-commission field service sales revenues by 22%.

Troy Curtis has a Management Programme degree in International Business from Cranfield School of Management. Troy also holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communication from National University. Additionally, Troy has obtained various certifications, including Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), HSK Level 3 (Chinese Proficiency Test), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Cloud Essentials Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security) Foundations, and ITIL v3 Foundations.
