The Management and Operations team at Rogers Corporation is responsible for overseeing various critical functions within the organization, ensuring efficient business processes, and driving strategic initiatives for growth and compliance. This team includes roles such as the Sr. Trade Compliance Manager, Business Strategy Manager, and Sr. Plant Manager, who collectively focus on areas such as trade compliance, business strategy development, new business scouting, plant operations, enterprise data management, key account sales, environmental health and safety (EHS), and internal auditing. Their combined efforts ensure the smooth and compliant functioning of the company’s multiple segments, from advanced connectivity solutions to elastomeric and power electronics solutions.
