Allison McEachern

Allison McEachern is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Client HR Services at RogersGray, A Baldwin Risk Partner since March 2023, Allison offers award-winning expertise and leads a team focused on providing comprehensive support for organizational needs. Previously, from 2011 to 2023, Allison held the position of Chief People Officer at the same company, where talent management strategies were designed and implemented to enhance employee experience and organizational culture. Additional roles include Director of Employee Benefits and Vice President of Employee Benefits at RogersGray, as well as HR management positions at The Black Dog and InnSeason Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing HR and payroll functions. Allison’s career began in HR at Frito Lay. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Stonehill College and additional studies at Trinity Washington University and UMass Boston.
