Lori H. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lori began their career as a Housekeeper/Room Inspector at San Benardino Hilton in 1982, ensuring that guest rooms were cleaned and maintained to high standards. Lori then joined Bank of America in 1985 as a Senior Collection Specialist, where they collected and resolved accounts, filed insurance claims, and managed repossession processes.

In 1998, Lori became a Repossession & Collection Manager at American Lenders Service Co, where they oversaw the operations of a repossession company, managed employees, and maintained client relationships. Lori then joined Gaylord Entertainment (Opryland Hotel) in 2009 as a Credit/Collection Coordinator, responsible for credit research, processing credit applications, and handling collections.

Starting in 2014, Lori worked for Dairy Farmers of America as a Sr Credit & Collection Specialist. In this role, they analyzed accounts, researched and resolved disputes, and proposed solutions for operational inefficiencies. Finally, Lori joined Rogers Group Inc. in 2022 as a Credit Collections Specialist, providing customer service, processing credit applications, and securing payment for outstanding invoices.

In 2013, they earned Business Credit Principles and Commercial Construction Credit Specialist certificates from the National Association of Credit Management. In 2014, Lori attended Austin Peay State University, where they obtained certificates in Fundamentals of Supervision & Management I & II, Human Resources Professional, and Accounting Fundamentals. Lori also completed a certificate program in Payroll Practice and Management from the same university in 2015.
