C. Brock Maxwell, LCPC is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Starting in 2000, Maxwell gained valuable experience as an Admissions Intern at Taylor University, where they represented the university at college events and facilitated visitations for prospective students. Maxwell furthered their career in 2003 as a Graduate Assistant at Media Technology Services in Boston College, where they managed cable television stations and supervised undergraduate staff.

In 2004, Maxwell took on a Counseling Intern role at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, providing valuable support to individuals in need. C. Brock then worked as a Case Coordinator at North Charles Mental Health, Inc. from 2005 to 2006, followed by a position as a Live-In Mental Health Counselor at Wild Acre Inns from 2005 to 2006.

Maxwell's commitment to mental health continued as an Outpatient Therapist at Riverside Community Care in 2008, where they provided therapy services to clients. From 2006 to 2014, they held the position of Assistant Program Director at OCD Institute, McLean Hospital. In this role, they recruited, trained, and supervised staff, oversaw patient care, and collaborated with the administrative team on program development.

In 2011, Maxwell joined Lahey Clinic as an On-Call Clinician in Psychiatry, playing a vital role in providing clinical services. Most recently, Maxwell has been employed at Rogers Behavioral Health since 2014, where they have taken on several roles. These include Director of Operations from 2014 to 2017, Executive Director of Operations from 2017 to 2021, and currently serving as the Regional Executive Director/Vice President of Operations since August 2021.

Throughout their career, Maxwell has demonstrated a strong commitment to mental health and building successful teams in various leadership positions.

C. Brock Maxwell, LCPC, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Taylor University in the years 1999 to 2003. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. C. Brock Maxwell also holds certifications as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, obtained from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in February 2017, and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, obtained from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services in February 2008.
