Erik Osterlund

Erik Osterlund is currently serving as a Counselor Intern at A Better Life Therapy, LLC, focusing on individual and couples therapy for clients with depression and anxiety since May 2024. With experience as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health since January 2020 and as a Behavioral Health Technician at US Medical Staffing, Inc., Erik has worked in various capacities within the mental health field, including roles as a Residential Counselor and Mental Health Counselor at Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Erik has also gained customer service experience through positions at Banana Republic and in the food service industry. Educationally, Erik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Regis University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School, with a certification in Data Analysis and Visualization from the University of Pennsylvania.
