Melissa Dwinnells

Melissa Dwinnells has a diverse range of work experience in the field of therapy and counseling. Melissa started their career as a Master's Program Student Mentor at The Wright Institute in 2015. Melissa then worked as a Behavioral Therapist at Milestones for Autism from 2015 to 2016. Melissa then joined Contra Costa County Community Services Bureau - Head Start as an MFT Associate from 2016 to 2018. In 2014, they began working at Discovery Counseling Center as an MFT Associate, a role they held until 2018 when they became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Most recently, Melissa is working as a Lead Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health since 2021.

Melissa Dwinnells obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at The Wright Institute from 2013 to 2015.
