Tanya Cass

Tanya Cass is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health counseling and education. Currently serving as a Trauma Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health since September 2019, Tanya previously worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, focusing on qualitative data analysis related to weight bias among pre-health professional students. Tanya's career also includes nearly a decade as a Bus Driver at Lamers Bus Lines and a significant role as Front End Supervisor at The Home Depot, where managerial skills were applied to train and engage staff. Tanya holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Women's Studies, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complemented by earlier educational experiences at Waukesha County Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Washington County.
