David Wayne Garza

David Wayne Garza has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. David Wayne began their career as an Intern of Architecture at Kendall-Heaton & Associates in 1998 and remained in that role until 2004. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at Wigodsky & Associates from 2004 to 2006 and at PBK from 2006 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors as an Assistant Project Manager and later became a Project Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, starting in 2022. Additionally, since 2013, they have been a Shareholder at Rollin' Gas Inc.

David Wayne Garza attended Texas A&M University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree with a focus on Architecture. Prior to their university education, they attended Zapata High School. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained the LEED AP BD+C certification in November 2012, and became a Registered Architect through TBAE (Texas Board of Architectural Examiners) in November 2008.
