James Kwiatkowski

James Kwiatkowski worked as a Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction starting from February 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of an Estimator / Project Manager at The George D. Alan Company from March 2016 to February 2019. James also worked as a Senior Building Envelope Technician at GACE Consulting Engineers DPC from March 2006 to September 2015, where they specialized in the investigation and restoration of Historic and non-Historic building facades and LL 11/98 cycle filing.

James Kwiatkowski's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Farmingdale State College. James completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architecture and Design there in 1999. In 2000, they enrolled at Columbia University and pursued a degree in Architecture, which they completed in 2002. Returning to Columbia University in 2015, James entered the RESTORE NYC program, focusing on the preservation and restoration of buildings.
