John E. ("Chip") Jackson III, RA, NCARB has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture and construction. John E. ("Chip") recently joined Rogers-O'Brien Construction as a Senior Quality Project Manager in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Page Southerland Page, Inc. from 2015 to 2023 as a Sr. Project Manager and Associate. John E. ("Chip") served as a Sr. Project Director, Project Architect, and Associate at STG Design from 2011 to 2015. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at The University of Texas System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction as a Project Improvements Coordinator and Architect. Before that, they were a Project Manager and Architect at Jackson Galloway Associates, LLC from 2005 to 2008. John E. ("Chip") gained significant experience at 3D/International as a Sr. Project Manager, Architect, and Sr. Associate from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they have a background in civil engineering, having served in various roles at different military bases. John E. ("Chip") was a Program Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Chief of Simplified Base Engineering Req'ts at the 37th Civil Engineer Squadron in Lackland AFB from 1992 to 2000. John E. ("Chip") also worked as a Project Manager and Architect at the 56th Civil Engineer Squadron in MacDill AFB from 1990 to 1992, and at the 67th Civil Engineer Squadron in Bergstrom AFB from 1988 to 1990 as a Project Manager, Architect, and PALACE Acquire Intern.

John E. ("Chip") Jackson III, RA, NCARB has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona, which they obtained from 1983 to 1988. In 1995, they became a Registered Architect in the State of Texas and also obtained certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Additionally, in 1997, they completed the Graduate program at the USAF Squadron Officer School in Maxwell, AFB, AL. In 2023, they obtained certifications as a Procore Certified Project Manager in Core Tools and Quality & Safety from Procore Technologies.
