Karen Elms has over two decades of experience in contract administration and management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Contract and Qualification Administrator at Rogers-O'Brien Construction since February 2000, Karen previously held the role of Contract Administrator and Office Manager at Faulkner Construction, Inc. from February 2000 until its merger with Rogers-O'Brien in August 2004. Prior to this, Karen served as a Contract Administrator at C.F. Jordan Construction and gained foundational experience as an Executive Assistant in the Executive Search Department at A.T. Kearney. Karen's education credentials include studies at Angelo State University from 1984 to 1986.
