Carla Fontaine

Carla Fontaine is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of the Rogers Honors Academy at Rogers Public Schools since 2016. Prior to this role, Carla had a lengthy tenure at Harvard University, where positions included Senior Program Manager in the Harvard Human Resources Center for Workplace Development's Bridge Program, and various roles within the Graduate School of Education and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Carla's early career at Harvard included research and administrative roles, culminating in a managerial position at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study. Carla holds two Master of Education (M.Ed.) degrees, one from Harvard University with a focus on Human Development and another from the University of Arkansas.
