Jennifer Cook-Turner, PhD, currently serves as a Grant Administrator for the City of Rogers, Arkansas, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Jennifer operated as a self-employed Owner/Manager from August 2007 to January 2023, specializing in residential property sales, leasing, management, marketing, and renovation, while also holding the role of Managing Partner at five Arkansas Real Estate Limited Liability Corporations.
