About the role

ROGII is seeking a dedicated and analytical Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and support our strategic initiatives. As a crucial member of our executive team, you will guide financial decisions, maintain financial health, and ensure compliance across our global operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of a multi-entity organization with a global presence, including parent entity in the USA and affiliates in other countries.

  • Supervise financial procedures such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize financial performance.

  • Manage cash flow between entities, tax optimization, and liquidity management.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies and plans including internal controls.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the finance team to achieve excellence.

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

  • Extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and tax regulations.

  • Proficient with financial reporting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work across cultures and adapt to various working styles.

Additional Beneficial Experience:

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification.

  • Experience in managing finances for an international corporation.

  • Familiarity with international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven track record of managing cash flows and financial strategies in a global setting.
