Evgeny Rastvorov

Evgeny Rastvorov has worked in the technology industry since 2001. Evgeny began their career at MERA Software Services as a Project Manager, where they released nine software development projects in the telecom area with a team size of 40 engineers. Evgeny then moved to NetCracker as a Technical Manager, where they were responsible for technical supervision of OSS/BSS solution delivery projects. In 2017, they became Technical Director at Metamins, where they managed outsurcing service delivery for BI product development program. In 2019, they joined EPAM Systems as a Delivery Manager and Scrum Master, participating in three projects with teams from 5-30 people. Evgeny also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at eMotorWerks, Inc, helping the Enel X e-mobility team set up modern software development and delivery processes. Currently, they are the Head of Development at ROGII.

Evgeny Rastvorov attended State Technical University of Nizhniy Novgorod from 1994 to 2000 and earned a Master's degree in Automation of Electrotechnological Plants.
