Amy Durst has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Amy'smost recent position is as the Assistant Vice President of Internal Support at Rogue Credit Union, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rogue Community College for over 10 years, holding roles such as Coordinator for Accreditation, Effectiveness, and Planning, Assistant to the Vice President of Instruction, and Adjunct Faculty. Amy also has experience in the finance industry, having worked as an Assistant Vice President at Auburn Banking Company and as Treasurer/Consultant for Kentucky State Representative. Additionally, they have experience in retail as a Shop Consultant at Bath & Body Works. Overall, Amy Durst has a diverse background with extensive experience in various leadership and support roles.

Amy Durst completed a Master of Science degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music from Western Kentucky University.
