Kellie England

SVP of Member Experience at Rogue Credit Union

Kellie received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Sociology from the University of Oregon. She graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School in 2012 and the Sacramento Metro Chamber Leadership Program in 2007.

Kellie joined Rogue in September 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience.

Kellie has over 30 years of experience in financial services. She worked at Umpqua Bank as SVP, Retail Region Director, for 20 years. Before that, she started in branch banking and worked in retail support departments, including operations, training and compliance. Her role included leading the California/Nevada branch network and countless mergers and acquisitions. Before moving to community banking, she worked in several large national banks, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Key Bank.

Kellie leads the Member Experience channels at Rogue, including the branches, contact center, remote delivery and online and phone loans. These channels focus on providing exceptional member experiences through personalized and seamless interactions, value and building trust. She recently joined the Rogue Valley Mentoring Board of directors and previously was the board president for a Sacramento nonprofit, Women’s Empowerment, which focuses on job readiness for homeless women. At Umpqua, she received several key awards, including the President’s Award (for work done during a merger) and Connected Award (for outstanding volunteerism).
