Mary Miltimore

Mary Miltimore, AICP, currently serves as a Venture Partner at Rogue Women's Fund, focusing on investments in early-stage women-led technology companies. In addition to this role, Mary is a Venture Scout at LvlUp Ventures, aiding pre-seed to seed stage investments. Previous positions include managing early-stage startup accelerator programs at Onward, as well as serving as Senior Startup Portfolio Manager and Senior Advisor in Design Thinking at AARP Innovation Labs. Extensive experience includes senior community planning roles at Fitzgerald and Halliday, Inc., and public involvement at Howard/Stein-Hudson Associates, Inc. Mary holds a Master's degree in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an Executive Program certification in Social Innovation Design from the same institution, alongside a BA in Sociology from Wake Forest University.
