Lori Napier has extensive experience in the field of product development and applications. lori began their career at Tate & Lyle where they held various managerial positions in new technology development, food ingredient applications, and technical service. lori then worked at Danisco as a Key Accounts Manager and North American Account Coordinator. Napier later served as the Beverage Applications Manager at Archer Daniels Midland. Their next role was as the Director of Product Development and Applications at Chr. Hansen, where they provided strategic direction and coordination of the Color Applications and Development Laboratory. Currently, Napier holds the position of Vice President of Global Innovation at Roha.
Lori Napier obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1987. lori then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science from the same university from 1991 to 1996.
