Sugandha Taneja has been involved in HR and Administration roles across various companies since at least 2005. With experience in Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard, HR, Business Process Improvement, Research & Analytics, Sugandha currently holds the position of Head in HR & Administration at Rohan Builders. A graduate of Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR) with a PGDHR in Human Resource Management, Sugandha has a strong background in consulting and management roles.
