Jörg Schulz

Jörg Schulz is an experienced professional in service operation management, currently serving as the Director of Service Operation Management and Site Manager at Rohde & Schwarz since July 2018. In this role, Jörg oversees service operation for both depot and on-site management, as well as order and purchasing management. Prior to this position, Jörg held the title of Head of Technical Customer Service at JENOPTIK AG from April 2006 to June 2018, where responsibilities included establishing and operating a service branch with in-house repair and field service. Jörg's career began in the Bundeswehr as a Waffenfeldwebel for Leopard 2 from March 1997 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Certified Service Manager degree from the International Business School of Service Management (2012-2013), a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Electrical System Technology, and an Industriemeister in Electrical Engineering from various institutions.
