Laura Fischer

Laura Fischer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Rohde & Schwarz since November 2022, after holding the position of Senior Manager PMO Human Resources. From November 2020 to October 2022, Laura worked with München Klinik gGmbH as a Referentin Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, and prior to that, held multiple roles at Knorr-Bremse, including HR Development Professional and Werkstudentin Internationales Projektmanagement. Laura Fischer earned a Master of Arts in Angewandte Sozial- und Bildungswissenschaften from Katholische Stiftungshochschule München and a Bachelor of Arts in Pädagogik/Bildungswissenschaft from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
