Andrew Shoaff

Andrew Shoaff has a strong background in customer success and experience leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Rohirrim, Andrew previously held significant roles including Vice President of Customer Success at Zywave and Quorum, where the focus was on revenue retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Andrew contributed as a Director of Client Success and Adoption at Salsa Labs, specializing in B2B SaaS retention and customer adoption. Andrew's expertise is complemented by a BA in Classics from Hamilton College and further education at Indiana University Bloomington. Andrew also serves as a Board Member at Craftsman Technology Group.
