Michal Bak has worked in various roles since 2002. From 2002-2004, they worked as a Construction Supervisor at SB-STAV, s.r.o. and then as a Logistics Manager at DMA Praha s.r.o. from 2004-2009. From 2009-2017, they worked as a Facility and Project Manager at Citi, and then as a Technical and Security Manager at MAKRO Cash & Carry CR from 2017-2018. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Facility Engineer at Valeo and is currently working as a Facility and Project Manager at Rohlik.cz. Throughout their career, Michal has been responsible for technical and operations management, preparation and evaluation of tenders, management of technical maintenance teams, negotiations with suppliers, setting and managing daily operations, budgeting, communication with service organizations, fire protection measures, and energy and waste management.
Michal Bak received their Inženýr (Ing.) degree in Provoz a ekonomika from the Česká zemědělská univerzita v Praze - Provozně ekonomická fakulta between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they obtained their Bakalář (Bc.) degree in Provoz a ekonomika from the same university between 2005 and 2008. In 2004 and 2005, Michal Bak attended a Jazyková škola to study the English language. In 2003 and 2004, they studied Pozemní stavitelství/Civil engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Lastly, from 1999 to 2003, Michal Bak attended Střední průmyslová škola stavební Josefa Gočára, Praha, where they studied Pozemní stavitelství/Civil engineering.
