Tereza Kirsch (Novotná)

Tereza Kirsch has held various roles in different companies since 2013. Tereza started as an Administrative Office Assistant at Herkul a.s. In 2014, they worked as a Junior PR Consultant and Junior Researcher at the Institute of International Relations, Prague, and later as an assistant at The Chairman of the Defence Committee, House of Commons, Prague. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Junior Researcher at C4SS - Center for Security Studies. In 2016, they became an HR/Project Specialist at CEMEX Czech Republic, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Tereza worked in various roles in GoodCall, such as Talent Sourcer, Senior Talent Sourcer Finance & Multilingual, and Talent Sourcing Partner Finance & Banking/Project Manager at Genixa. In 2019, they also worked as a Project Manager/Career Consultant at Genixa. In 2017, they started working as a Project Manager for the Middle East and Sahel region at the Center for Security Analyses and Prevention. In 2022, Tereza joined Creative Dock as an Internal Recruiter responsible for a 360-degree recruitment process, including direct sourcing, behavioral interviews, recruitment across different regions, and process improvements. In 2023, they started working as an Interim Recruiter at Rohlik.cz.

Tereza Kirsch (Novotná) completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Metropolitan University Prague in 2015. Later, in 2017, they completed their Master's degree in International Relations and European Studies from the same university. Prior to this, they finished high school from Podkrušnohorské gymnázium Most in 2012. Tereza also obtained various certifications, including Recruitment Academy Certified Recruiter and Recruitment Academy Certified Sourcer from the Recruitment Academy in 2021 and 2017, respectively. In 2017, they obtained a Security Studies Certificate from Metropolitan University Prague.
