Becky Zlatunich is a senior consultant at ROI Communication. Becky has over 20 years of experience in the field of communication, with a focus on corporate internal communications.
Becky began their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1997, where they held various positions over the next 11 years, culminating in their role as Communications Program Manager for Corporate Internal Communications. In this role, Becky was responsible for developing and delivering world-class communications that engaged employees in programs and services which accelerated business success and provided operational excellence.
During their time at Hewlett-Packard, Becky made a number of significant contributions, including establishing Merger & Acquisition communications lifecycle processes, tools and templates for use by all businesses and functions communicators; creating strategy and plan for introduction of new global New Employee Orientation program which standardized the on-boarding experience for new employees and resulted in the reduction of development and deployment costs; collaborating with senior management team in the development and distribution of materials for annual employee survey for 150,000+ employees resulting in over 87% participation company-wide; and facilitating the deployment and monitoring ongoing participation of yearly Standards of Excellence training curriculum (including Standards of Business Conduct) ensuring 100% completion company-wide.
In 2008, Becky left Hewlett-Packard to join ROI Communication as a senior consultant. Becky has been with ROI Communication for over 12 years, during which time they have continued to build on their reputation as an expert in the field of corporate internal communications.
Becky Zlatunich received a business administration degree from Arizona State University with a focus in marketing, finance, and economics.
