Christine Style

Christine Style is the current Director at ROI Communication. Christine has over 10 years of experience in Internal Communications, with a focus on employee communications and engagement. Christine has previously worked at eBay, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and Cisco Systems.

At eBay, Christine was the Internal Communications Consultant and was responsible for providing IT-related employee communications and engagement services on technology changes during the eBay–PayPal separation. After the separation, they managed all of the Office of the CIO (IT) communications to employees, often in partnership with Corporate Communications. Christine was also a member of the IT change-adoption team, where they provided communication and event support on internal product launches such as eBay for Work, Office 365, video conferencing, and MyIT.

At Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Christine was the Senior Manager of Employee Communications and Engagement. Christine was responsible for managing the global employee communication and engagement program. Key initiatives included the development of the company’s Intranet site and the expansion of the Community Beat employee engagement and culture program across acquired domestic and global office sites. This program included activities associated with special events and community service.

Before Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Christine was at Cisco Systems for 5 years as the Internal Communications Manager for their Engineering Organization. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing internal communications plans that supported business objectives and engaged employees. Christine also managed a team of communication specialists who implemented Cisco’s social media strategy across various platforms.

Christine Style has a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Christine Style reports to Barbara Fagan-Smith, CEO. They are on a team with Kat Hsueh - Director, Talent & Technology, Kristin Brownstone - VP, Strategist, and Andrea Gonzalez - Director, Marketing.
