Lee Gartley

Lee Gartley is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the software and analytics sectors, particularly focused on non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Milo Team Lead and Advisor at ROI Solutions since August 2017, Gartley has previously held pivotal roles such as Chairman at Segterra and Advisor positions at DonorPath and Mega Trax. With a strong background in business leadership demonstrated during tenure as President of Blackbaud's Target Software and Target Analytics, as well as Target Software and Target Analysis Group, Gartley has consistently driven growth and innovation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Physics with a minor in Economics from Bowdoin College.
