Charlene Banks

Charlene Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor at ROI Training since December 2022, Charlene is a Google Cloud Certified Professional Architect. As the owner of Charsoft Consulting, Inc. since January 1998, Charlene has also been an active member of Jack and Jill of America since 2001. Previous roles include instructor positions at Learning Tree, Intl. starting in 1997, and a solutions architect at VersaTech, Inc. from 2006 to September 2022. Charlene began a career in programming at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 1984 to 1986. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American Public University System, earned between 2009 and 2013.
