Robert Vance

Robert Vance has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Robert is currently serving as the Manufacturing Operations Manager at ROKA, where they oversee manufacturing operations, order fulfillment, and warehousing in Austin, TX. Prior to their current role, Robert worked as an Operations Manager at ONQ OPTICAL LABS LLC from 2013 to 2021, managing day-to-day operations, sales, advertising, and customer service. Robert also has experience as an Operations Manager at StrengthBuilt Athletics / Txfitness from 2012 to 2021, where they managed a fitness facility and its employees. Robert served as the General Manager at Crosswalk Coffeehouse from 2010 to 2013, where they opened a new location, managed day-to-day operations, and increased sales through advertising and customer service training.
