Ekaterina Piven

Ekaterina Piven is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as both HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources at ROKO Labs since July 2015. Ekaterina has successfully optimized and automated the recruitment process while managing a recruitment team and overseeing full-cycle recruitment for various specialist roles in technology. Prior to ROKO Labs, Ekaterina worked as an HR Manager at EPAM Systems, where responsibilities included recruiting IT specialists, organizing brand events, and developing employee benefits. Earlier experience includes an HR Manager position at the Institute for Business Development and Strategies, focusing on hiring educators and supporting the interview process.
