Ossie Manners

Ossie Manners is a seasoned professional in the field of systematic technology and commodities trading, currently serving as the Head of Systematic Technology at Rokos Capital Management since August 2024. Prior to this role, Manners held the position of Head of Commodities eTrading at Citi from January 2020 to April 2024. Furthermore, Manners spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included Commodities eTrading Strat Lead and Commodities Desk Strategist. Ossie Manners holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford, obtained in 2004, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the same institution, completed in 2003.
