Justin Bywater CHST, CUSP, is an experienced safety professional with a background in managing safety operations across various companies. Since November 2018, Justin has held several roles at Rokstad Power, including Safety Director, Division Safety Manager, and Safety Manager. Prior to this, Justin served as Safety Director at EC Source Services from March to November 2018, and held the position of Field Safety Specialist III there from October 2016 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Safety Manager at Wasatch Electric and as a Field Safety Specialist III at EC Source Services/T&D Power. Justin began the career as an Operator at Power Line Services, Inc. and served as Assistant Manager/Outside Sales at Fastenal. Educational qualifications include OSHA Partnership ET&D Train the Trainer from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service and certifications in OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 from the University of Utah, alongside a Construction Risk Management Certificate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
