Ashley Firmstone

Ashley Firmstone has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of South Florida. Currently working as the SVP Customer Success at Rokt, Ashley has held various roles in the customer success field, including VP of Customer Success, VP of Travel, Account Director, and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to Rokt, Ashley worked as an Account Manager at Triad Retail Media, where Ashley managed complex online media marketing campaigns for national advertisers and retailers. Ashley also has experience in visual merchandising, event production, and office administration. Ashley is currently a member of Revenue Collective.
