Charlie Harvey

Charlie Harvey is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience leading global teams. Currently serving as SVP of Global Customer Success at Zappi, Charlie previously held the position of VP of International Customer Success. Prior roles include Head of Customer Success at intuo.io, where responsibilities involved overseeing a post-acquisition project to enhance customer experiences internationally, and Director of Customer Success at Loftware, where Charlie managed a global customer portfolio and advocated for customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Gap Systems, St Ives plc, and Tag Worldwide, focusing on customer relationship management and operational improvements across various sectors. Charlie holds a BA in History of Art from the University of Leeds.
