Callum Donnelly has a diverse background in customer success, account management, and consulting. With experience in the e-commerce, B2B, entertainment, and travel verticals, Callum has worked with a variety of clients to optimize their transaction experience and acquire customers at scale. In addition to their roles in the private sector, Callum also has experience in the legal field, interning at the Victorian Government and working as a paralegal at a law firm. Callum holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce and Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Deakin University.
