Ziquan Miao

Ziquan Miao currently serves as Engineering Tech Lead at Rokt, focusing on enhancing product stickiness and improving the observability of customer-facing health metrics since September 2021. Prior to this, Ziquan held multiple roles at Datadog from October 2016 to August 2021, including Technical Account Manager, Enablement Engineer, Support Operations Engineer, and Solutions Engineer. Responsibilities included guiding enterprises in implementing monitoring solutions, conducting training for optimal software deployment, developing internal tooling to improve customer support efficiency, and managing rapid growth challenges. Ziquan's earlier experience includes a Web Developer position at TravelSee and a Data Science Internship at Social Data Collective. Ziquan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from Cornell University in 2016.
