Caroline Gan

Caroline Gan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Sr Director of Software Engineering at Roku Inc. since April 2018, Caroline previously held the role of Director of Software Engineering at both Roku Inc. and Calix, where responsibilities included leading MSOE Market Unit development and overseeing engineering for Ethernet-based access products. Prior to these positions, Caroline held various leadership roles in software engineering at Motorola, Next Level Communications, and Harris Corporation, beginning a career in software engineering as an SW Engineer at Harris Corporation. Caroline holds a BS in Electronic Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
