Lauren Lombardo

Lauren Lombardo currently serves as Vice President, People Business Partner at Roku Inc. since December 2019, previously holding the title of Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Roku, Lauren worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from July 2017 to December 2019 as Director, HR NBC News Digital, providing strategic HR partnership across various divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead T&I Business Partner for Revenue & Finance at The New York Times (February 2016 - July 2017), and a significant tenure at BBC Worldwide from July 2011 to January 2016, advancing to Director Human Resources. Lauren's career began at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in various HR roles from December 2005 to July 2011. Lauren earned a B.S. in Justice, Law and Society from the School of Public Affairs at American University, graduating in 2003.
