Leslie McCue is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruitment and Head of Talent Acquisition at Roku Inc., Leslie has previously held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition for R&D at Nuance Communications, as well as Manager of North America Talent Acquisition at Nuance Communications (formerly Scansoft). Additionally, Leslie is the President of McCue Group, an executive search firm. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a background at the Yale School of Management.
