Rajesh Premchandran

Rajesh Premchandran is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and management across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and India Site Lead at Roku, Rajesh previously held significant roles at Amazon as Engineering Lead in Advertising Technology and at BT as Senior Director, Head of Cloud and DevOps, as well as IT Director for Software Engineering Excellence. Rajesh's tenure at Goldman Sachs included positions as Senior Vice President and Vice President, focused on Digitisation Strategy, Robotics, Market Solutions, and Business Architecture and Technology Strategy. Additionally, Rajesh began a career as a Systems Architect at Compuware Corporation. Rajesh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has further education from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
