Amy Morales

Amy Morales is currently an Ignite Fellow at Teach For America, focusing on leading virtual 5th-grade reading small groups at Belmont Elementary in Philadelphia. In addition to this role, Amy has various internships and fellowships lined up, including an Incoming 2025 Summer Junior Associate position at Roland Berger and participation in the Women@RB Empower Program. Amy is actively involved with Terry Student Consulting as External Affairs Chair and Associate Consultant, while also serving as a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Other notable positions include Student Affairs Assistant at the University of Georgia School of Law, Fellow at HeadStart Fellowship, BEL Intern at Bain & Company, participant in the IGNITE Women’s Program at McKinsey & Company, and involvement in the EY US NextGen Women and BCG Advance programs. Amy is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Management Information Systems, and International Business at The University of Georgia, expected to graduate in May 2026, having previously earned a high school diploma from The Walker School.
