Anatcha Settachaimongkol

Anatcha Settachaimongkol is an experienced HR professional and office manager with a solid background in human resources and administrative management. Currently serving as the HR Lead for Southeast Asia and Senior Office Manager at Roland Berger since November 2015, Anatcha oversees staffing, HR policies, project assessment, and office management in Thailand. Prior experience includes a tenure at Booz & Company from June 2004 to July 2015 as Office Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing office management and human resources functions, including recruitment coordination for Southeast Asia offices. Anatcha also held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Kenan Institute Asia, demonstrating a diverse skill set in project coordination and administrative support. Anatcha holds a Master’s Degree in Language and Communication from NIDA Thailand and a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from Srinakharinwirot University.
