El Maazouzi Abdelouahed

El Maazouzi Abdelouahed, MBA, currently serves in the IFRS Competence Center focusing on projects and processes at Roland Berger since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles at METRO AG from July 2016 to July 2020 in Digital Finance Projects & Processes and as part of the Expert Group Accounting. At Henkel from June 2014 to June 2016, responsibilities included Project Manager and Process Consultant. Earlier experience includes tenure at Dyckerhoff Beton GmbH & Co. KG in Expert Group Accounting from January 2005 to June 2014 and a trainee position at CEMEX in early 2003. Academically accomplished, El Maazouzi holds an MBA from IPAG Business School in Paris and various executive education credentials, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Transformation Strategies, a Harvard Business School Online CoRe credential, and training in Digital Strategies from MIT Sloan. Additionally, achievements include PRINCE2 certification in Project Management and qualifications in Accounting and Finance from the Cerman Institute and RheinMain University.
