Lauren Pappas

Lauren Pappas, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Roland Park Country School. In addition to this role, Lauren is an Adjunct Professor at Towson University. Lauren's extensive experience in human resources includes positions as Director of Human Resources at both Chimes and The Maryland School for the Blind, as well as a role as Sr. HR Representative at General Dynamics Robotic Systems. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Business and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, both from Towson University.
