Katherin Sánchez Herrera

Katherin Sánchez Herrera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Psychologist at Bogota's Secretary of Social Integration. In 2020, they transitioned to WOM Colombia, where they served as an Ejecutivo Multiskill until 2021. Then, in 2021, they joined Rolebot | AI-powered Job Board for Passive Talent, first working as a Data Analyst from November 2021 to March 2022, and later transitioning into the role of Talent Delivery. Katherin's current role at Rolebot focuses on sourcing and engaging passive candidates using AI algorithms.

Later in 2020, they completed an introductory course on gender indicators offered by the Secretaria Distrital de la Mujer. In 2021, they obtained a certification in comprehensive mental health approach for healthcare personnel from the Secretaría Distrital de Salud. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn.
